4. No Direct Payment Collection
OfferMudra does not collect any payments directly from users.
- We are a cashback and rewards platform, not a payment processor.
- All purchases, transactions, or payments are made directly with our affiliate partners, advertisers, or third-party merchants.
- We do not store or process any payment card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
- Any payment you make is processed by the respective advertiser's payment gateway.
- OfferMudra acts solely as a referral and tracking platform.
- We are not responsible for any payment disputes, transaction failures, or refunds between you and the advertiser.
- Our role is limited to verifying qualifying transactions and crediting cashback rewards.
5. Cashback & Rewards
OfferMudra provides cashback and rewards for completing offers, making purchases, or participating in promotional activities through our platform.
Important Cashback Terms:
- Cashback is credited only after the advertiser validates and approves the transaction.
- Cashback amounts are subject to change or reversal if the transaction is refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent.
- We are not responsible for advertiser approval decisions or delays.
- Cashback rates and offers may vary and are subject to availability.
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.
- Cashback earned is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through our withdrawal process.
6. Withdrawal & Payment Terms
When requesting withdrawals of your earned cashback, the following terms apply:
- Minimum Withdrawal: ₹100 (or as specified on the platform).
- Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 business hours.
- Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and Digital Wallets.
- Withdrawal Fees: May apply based on the payment method chosen.
- KYC Verification: Required for withdrawals above ₹10,000 or as mandated by law.
- Tax Responsibility: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected for security verification.
- Incorrect payment details provided by the user may result in delayed or failed withdrawals.
- Affiliate Commission Payment: NET-30 (30 days after month-end), subject to advertiser validation.
- Commissions are paid only after the advertiser confirms and approves the transaction.
- All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR).
7. Account Verification (KYC)
To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, we may request identity verification documents from users.
- Documents required may include: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Bank Statement.
- Verification is mandatory for processing withdrawals and accessing certain features.
- Your documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
- Failure to provide required documents may result in account restrictions.
8. Affiliate & Advertiser Terms
For advertisers, merchants, and affiliates using our platform:

- All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advertisers are solely responsible for offer validation and approval decisions.
- Advertisers must respond to validation requests within 7 business days.
- We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any offer at our discretion.
- Advertisers must maintain adequate stock and service levels for promoted products.
- Advertisers must honor all cashback commitments made through our platform.
🤝 For Affiliates & Publishers
- Affiliates must promote offers ethically, honestly, and transparently.
- Misleading or deceptive promotions are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must disclose their relationship with OfferMudra when promoting.
- Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited emails, or paid ads on brand keywords.
- Incentivized traffic, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not use VPNs, proxies, or bots to generate fake traffic or conversions.
- Cookie Duration: Standard 30-90 days (as specified in each offer).
- Minimum Payout: ₹1,000 for affiliates (or as agreed).
- Payment Terms: Commissions are paid on a NET-30 basis (30 days after month-end).
- Fraudulent affiliate activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
⚖️ General Affiliate & Advertiser Rules
- Commission rates may change with prior notice (7 days) to affiliates.
- We reserve the right to audit affiliate traffic and conversions at any time.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and data protection laws.
- Any violation of these terms will result in account suspension or termination.
- Disputes regarding commissions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
- We may share affiliate performance data with advertisers for verification purposes.
9. Blog & Content Guidelines
When using our blog or posting user-generated content:
- Users may not post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
- Spam, self-promotion, or irrelevant comments are prohibited.
- We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete any content at our discretion.
- User-generated content may be used for promotional purposes.
- Comments submitted by users become publicly visible.
- Users retain ownership but grant us a license to use their content.

11. Force Majeure
OfferMudra shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Internet service disruptions or network failures.
- Government actions, restrictions, or regulatory changes.

12. Referral Program

- Referral rewards are credited only for genuine, unique referrals.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of abuse will result in disqualification and account termination.
- Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be reversed if fraud is detected.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
13. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts or use fake identities.
- Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or virtual devices to manipulate offers.
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our website or systems.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with our platform.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all cashback and rewards, and legal action where applicable.
14. Fraud & Abuse
We take fraud prevention seriously. We may monitor, investigate, and take action against suspicious activities including:
- Multiple accounts under the same IP or device.
- Fake registrations or duplicate participation.
- VPN or proxy usage to bypass restrictions.
- Automated or bot traffic.
- Invalid clicks or conversions.
- Abuse of promotional offers or referral programs.
Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities may be permanently terminated without prior notice, and any pending cashback or rewards will be forfeited.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on OfferMudra, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, is the property of OfferMudra or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
