Welcome to OfferMudra ("OfferMudra", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, cashback platform, referral program, affiliate marketing services, blog, and related features. By accessing or using OfferMudra, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use OfferMudra.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our website, participating in cashback offers, referral programs, affiliate campaigns, using our blog, or otherwise using any OfferMudra services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OfferMudra. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to participate in offers and use our services.
By using OfferMudra, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not located in a country where our services are prohibited by law.
- All information you provide is accurate, true, and complete.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of OfferMudra, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
4. No Direct Payment Collection
OfferMudra generally does not collect payments for purchases made with third-party advertisers.
- We operate a cashback and rewards platform and are not the payment processor for third-party merchant purchases, unless expressly stated for a particular service.
- All purchases, transactions, or payments are made directly with our affiliate partners, advertisers, or third-party merchants.
- We do not store or process any payment card details, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
- Any payment you make is processed by the respective advertiser's payment gateway.
- OfferMudra acts solely as a referral and tracking platform.
- We are not responsible for any payment disputes, transaction failures, or refunds between you and the advertiser.
- Our role is limited to verifying qualifying transactions and crediting cashback rewards.
5. Cashback & Rewards
OfferMudra provides cashback and rewards for completing offers, making purchases, or participating in promotional activities through our platform.
Important Cashback Terms:
- Each offer has its own eligibility requirements, reward amount, tracking rules, and exclusions. Read the offer details before participating.
- Rewards may initially appear as pending and are payable only after the relevant advertiser or affiliate partner validates the qualifying action.
- Rewards may be rejected or reversed where the advertiser reports a cancellation, refund, duplicate, ineligible transaction, policy breach, or reasonably evidenced fraud.
- We do not guarantee that every click or completed action will be tracked or approved. If tracking is missing, contact us with the offer name, date, and available transaction evidence within 30 days of the action, unless the offer specifies another period. We will make reasonable efforts to review the report, but final validation may depend on information supplied by the advertiser or affiliate network.
- Reward rates and offers may change or end. Changes generally apply prospectively and do not override an already approved reward, except where correction is required for error, cancellation, reversal, or fraud.
- Rewards are non-transferable and can be withdrawn only through the payment methods and process made available on the platform.
6. Withdrawal & Payment Terms
When requesting withdrawals of your earned cashback, the following terms apply:
- Cashback withdrawals: Any applicable withdrawal conditions will be displayed on the platform before you submit a request.
- Cashback processing time: Normally 24–72 business hours after the withdrawal request is approved. Verification, bank, UPI, or payment-provider delays may extend this period.
- Affiliate/publisher payouts: Applicable payout conditions will be stated in the partner agreement or campaign dashboard.
- Affiliate/publisher settlement: Normally NET-30 after the end of the month in which the commission becomes payable, subject to advertiser validation and receipt of funds.
- Payment methods: UPI or bank transfer, where available on the platform.
- Fees and taxes: Any applicable payment fees, withholding, TDS, or other tax treatment will be handled as required by law or disclosed for the relevant payment.
- KYC: We may request verification where required by law, payment providers, risk controls, or the relevant campaign. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through an approved channel.
- Payments may be held while we investigate a genuine tracking discrepancy, suspected fraud, incorrect payment details, or a legal/compliance requirement. We will provide an update where reasonably practicable.
- All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless a written agreement states otherwise.
7. Account Verification (KYC)
To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, we may request identity verification documents from users.
- Documents may be requested where required for legal, payment, campaign, or risk-verification purposes.
- Verification may be required before certain withdrawals or features, as communicated to you.
- We handle verification information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- We request only information reasonably needed for the stated verification, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal purpose. Please use only the submission method we identify and never send passwords, UPI PINs, or one-time passwords.
- Access to features or payments may be restricted while a required verification is incomplete. We will communicate the requirement where reasonably practicable.
- Personal information is retained for only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations, as further explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Affiliate & Advertiser Terms
For advertisers, merchants, and affiliates using our platform:

- Advertisers must provide accurate, complete, and legal offer details.
- All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advertisers are solely responsible for offer validation and approval decisions.
- Advertisers are requested to respond to validation requests within the timeline agreed with OfferMudra or stated in the applicable campaign terms. A response within 7 business days is a target where practicable, not a guarantee unless agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any offer at our discretion.
- Advertisers must maintain adequate stock and service levels for promoted products.
- Advertisers must honor all cashback commitments made through our platform.
🤝 For Affiliates & Publishers
- Affiliates must promote offers ethically, honestly, and transparently.
- Misleading or deceptive promotions are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must disclose their relationship with OfferMudra when promoting.
- Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited emails, or paid ads on brand keywords.
- Incentivized traffic: Cashback or other incentivized traffic is permitted only where the specific advertiser/campaign expressly allows it. If an offer prohibits incentives, cashback, rewards, or referrals, affiliates must not promote it using those methods.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake leads, misleading claims, bots, and fabricated conversions are prohibited. VPNs or proxies must not be used to bypass offer restrictions or generate fraudulent activity.
- Attribution/cookie duration: Determined by the applicable advertiser or campaign terms; no standard duration is guaranteed.
- Payment Terms: Commissions are paid on a NET-30 basis (30 days after month-end).
- Where fraud is reasonably evidenced, we may suspend review or withhold disputed commissions, investigate, and reverse amounts tied to invalid activity. Undisputed, properly earned amounts will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
⚖️ General Affiliate & Advertiser Rules
- Commission rates may change with prior notice (7 days) to affiliates.
- We reserve the right to audit affiliate traffic and conversions at any time.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and data protection laws.
- Any violation of these terms will result in account suspension or termination.
- Commission disputes should be raised within 30 days after the relevant report or statement is made available, with the campaign, transaction reference, and supporting evidence. Late claims may be harder to investigate but will be considered where reasonably possible.
- We may share affiliate performance data with advertisers for verification purposes.
9. Blog & Content Guidelines
When using our blog or posting user-generated content:
- Users may not post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
- Spam, self-promotion, or irrelevant comments are prohibited.
- We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete any content at our discretion.
- User-generated content may be used for promotional purposes.
- Comments submitted by users become publicly visible.
- Users retain ownership but grant us a license to use their content.
10. Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully:
- OfferMudra is a platform connecting users with advertisers and affiliate partners.
- We are not responsible for the products, services, or claims of advertisers.
- Cashback is subject to advertiser approval and may be rejected for various reasons.
- We may change, modify, or remove offers without prior notice.
- All information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes only.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.
- Your use of third-party links is at your own risk.
11. Force Majeure
OfferMudra shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or pandemics.
- Technical failures, server outages, or cyberattacks.
- Internet service disruptions or network failures.
- Government actions, restrictions, or regulatory changes.
- Labor disputes, strikes, or workforce shortages.
- Any other event beyond our reasonable control.
12. Referral Program
OfferMudra may offer a referral program where eligible users can earn rewards under the rules shown for each campaign. Self-referrals are allowed on OfferMudra, unless a specific advertiser or campaign expressly prohibits them.
- Referral rewards are credited only for genuine, unique referrals.
- Self-referrals are allowed on OfferMudra unless the applicable advertiser or campaign terms expressly prohibit them. Users must still complete all offer requirements honestly and may not create fake identities, duplicate accounts to bypass limits, fabricate activity, or otherwise manipulate tracking.
- Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be reversed if fraud is detected.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
13. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create fake identities or multiple accounts to bypass campaign limits, evade restrictions, or obtain rewards not permitted by the applicable offer. Having an account and referring oneself is not, by itself, prohibited by OfferMudra.
- Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or virtual devices to bypass offer restrictions, conceal prohibited activity, or manipulate tracking. Ordinary use of a VPN alone does not automatically prove fraud.
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our website or systems.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with our platform.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Violation of these rules may result in proportionate account restrictions, suspension, or termination. Rewards directly linked to confirmed invalid activity may be reversed, subject to applicable offer terms and law. We may refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities where legally justified.
14. Fraud & Abuse
We take fraud prevention seriously. We may monitor, investigate, and take action against suspicious activities including:
- Multiple accounts or repeated registrations that appear to bypass campaign limits, assessed alongside other relevant signals.
- Fake registrations or duplicate participation.
- VPN or proxy usage where evidence indicates an attempt to bypass restrictions or conceal invalid activity.
- Automated or bot traffic.
- Invalid clicks or conversions.
- Abuse of promotional offers or referral programs.
Where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or abuse, we may temporarily hold the affected reward or account while reviewing the activity, and may restrict or terminate an account if a violation is confirmed. We will consider relevant evidence and provide a way to contact us about a decision where reasonably practicable. Rewards directly linked to confirmed invalid activity may be reversed; unrelated approved rewards will not automatically be forfeited solely because an account is under review.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on OfferMudra, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, is the property of OfferMudra or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
16. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, or services that are not owned or controlled by OfferMudra.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that OfferMudra shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by your use of such third-party services.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
OfferMudra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information.
- We are not responsible for advertiser approval decisions or cashback delays.
- We do not warrant that cashback or rewards will be credited.
- Your use of our services is at your own risk.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferMudra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability limit will be assessed in light of the nature of the claim and the services provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfferMudra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of our services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
20. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Engagement in fraudulent or abusive activities.
- Inactivity for an extended period.
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies.
Upon termination, we may cancel rewards linked to confirmed fraud, invalid activity, or a campaign's eligibility rules. Other pending or approved rewards will be reviewed under the applicable offer terms and law. Account data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be handled by the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules.
22. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our services, campaigns, security practices, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the Last Updated date. Where a change is material, we will provide notice through the website, account, or another reasonable channel where practicable.
Changes generally apply from the effective date stated in the notice and will not retrospectively remove a reward that has already been finally approved, except where correction is needed for a clear error, cancellation, reversal, confirmed invalid activity, or a legal requirement. Where applicable law requires fresh consent, we will seek it rather than relying only on continued use.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OfferMudra regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Complaints and reward disputes
For a complaint about an account, offer, missing tracking, cashback, referral reward, withdrawal, privacy request, or affiliate commission, email offermudra@gmail.com with the issue category, registered account identifier, offer or campaign name, relevant date, transaction/reference ID (if available), and supporting evidence. Do not include passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs, or unnecessary identity documents.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 business days and provide a substantive response or status update within 30 days, where reasonably practicable. If an issue depends on an advertiser, affiliate network, payment provider, or legally required review, we may need additional time and will explain the reason where practicable. These targets do not limit any shorter deadline or right available under applicable law.
If you are acting as an affiliate or publisher, submit commission disputes with the campaign and transaction references through the agreed partner contact or dashboard, where available. We will review the available records and explain the outcome to the extent permitted by partner confidentiality and law.
26. Consent
By creating an account, accessing our website, participating in cashback offers, referral programs, affiliate campaigns, using our blog, or otherwise using any OfferMudra services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Your personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where a separate consent or notice is legally required, it will be provided separately.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using OfferMudra and its services.
